About Alex

‍Alex, FCCA, is an international audit partner with over 15 years’ experience across Big 4 and international audit firms in the UK, Caribbean, North America and Ukraine. He is the Partner at the Turks and Caicos office of Woodstar Partners as well as he leads cross-border and group audit engagements at Woodstar Partners Global, with a focus on complex structures, multi-entity reporting, and international assurance.

His background includes extensive work with captive and life insurance clients in TCI and US, construction & real estate, financial services, investment funds, Oil & Gas and public sector under IFRS and US GAAP. Alex has experience working with clients in the IT and digital assets space, including companies involved in IT businesses, crypto investing, mining operations, and related infrastructure.

He is known for a strong technical approach, high audit quality, and a pragmatic, hands-on style. Alex works closely with management teams on governance, controls, and reporting, and is used to coordinating teams across multiple jurisdictions to deliver efficient and well-managed audits.

Combining sector understanding with international experience, he helps clients navigate the practical challenges of group audits and financial reporting in fast-moving and complex environments.
