Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Auditor to join our Assurance team on-site in the Turks and Caicos Islands. You will work directly with a portfolio of international clients - primarily across the USA and Caribbean - and play an active, client-facing role throughout the audit process.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, professional responsibility, and direct impact on engagement delivery. You will be supported by senior audit leadership while independently managing key aspects of assigned engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in audit engagements for international clients
- Plan, execute, and complete audit fieldwork according to applicable standards
- Prepare and review audit working papers and supporting documentation
- Assess accounting treatments under IFRS and/or US GAAP
- Perform substantive testing, analytical procedures, and risk assessments
- Serve as a primary client contact during engagements
- Identify audit issues, communicate findings, and propose practical solutions
- Support the preparation and review of audited financial statements
- Collaborate with accounting teams and external advisors as needed
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of auditing and accounting principles
- Practical experience managing audits from planning to completion
- Confident English communication (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on-site in the Turks and Caicos Islands
Nice to Have
- Experience with international clients
- Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA, or similar) - completed or in progress
- Experience within an international audit or professional services firm
- Exposure to Caribbean, offshore, or cross-border structures
