Role Overview
We are looking for an Audit Associate to join our growing team in the Turks and Caicos Islands. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates early in their audit careers who want hands-on experience with international engagements and strong professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and execution of audit fieldwork
- Prepare audit documentation and working papers
- Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures
- Support seniors and managers during engagements
- Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve queries
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and/or US GAAP requirements
Requirements
- Foundation understanding of audit and accounting principles
- Strong English communication
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively
- Interest in developing a long-term auditing career
- Willingness to relocate/live on-site in Turks & Caicos
Nice to Have
- Progress toward ACCA/CPA/ACA
- Internship or 1–2 years of audit experience
- Exposure to international or cross-border clients
